What should my child wear to camp? What should they bring?
Please wear a t-shirt or tank top and bring a sweatshirt/long sleeve shirt for cooler sessions. Campers can wear shorts or capri pants/tights.
What to bring:
Sunscreen (please apply once before you arrive)
Hat and/or sunglasses
Water bottle and extra water if needed
Towel
Bug spray (*optional)
What forms of payment do you accept? How do I submit payment?
Once you submit your registration an invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours. You can pay by credit card or you can mail in a check. Payment must be submitted before participation. No walk-ups or payments will be accepted at the door. Thank you.
Where will the camp be held?
We are proud to announce that all camps will take place at the Arizona Beach Volleyball Courts on the U of A campus. The courts feature 1,250 tons of sand driven in from California. The courts are located on Enke Drive across from Hillenbrand Pool and the McKale Center.
When and where is check-in? What do I need to bring?
Check-in will take place 10 minutes before each session begins. Please report to the Arizona Sand Volleyball courts to check-in. If you have not submitted your medical release form please bring it with you.
Cancellations and Refunds
There will be NO REFUNDS. In the case of injury or illness a clinic credit will be issued and you can pick a make-up dates.
Parking
Parents are welcome to attend and watch any session. We ask that you bring your own seating/water, sit in the designated spectator area, wear a mask and keep your distance from other families and the players. If you choose to park your vehicle on campus you are responsible for following all parking rules and regulations and paying parking fees. Metered parking is available on Enke Dr as well as parking in Cherry Garage. Parking is free on the weekends unless otherwise posted.
Medical Release Form
All campers must have a signed medical release form on file. A form will be emailed to you upon registration.
Supervision & Conduct
All campers will be supervised at all times during camp hours. Campers are expected to be on time (if you will be late please text or Melissa Walker at 520/461-6602) and follow camp rules. There will be no alcohol, no smoking, and no drugs allowed at any time. If you are caught using or in possession of any of these substances you will be sent home immediately and no refund will be given. Everyone involved in our camp is expected to handle themselves responsibly.
